NOTE: If you have scheduled the amphitheater for your ceremony, and are planning on renting a tent, a representative from your chosen rental company must schedule an appointment with Buildings Superintendent Dennis Heflin a few days before the event. Mr. Heflin must identify the spots where tents may be erected, since there are underground power lines in the amphitheater area. It is your responsibility to ensure that this meeting takes place. If this appointment is not scheduled, your $200 security deposit will be forfeited and the rental company will not be permitted to erect the tent.
